Having participated at #OER16 and #OER17 as a “lurker”, I am super excited to having the opportunity to present at #OER19, one of my favorite pedagogical conferences.
I will challenge myself to summarize 6 years of leading several externally financed course development projects at Karlstad University, in which we developed a dozen or so open online courses. I will also try to provide a very brief and highlevel overview of the Swedish university system and some current policy changes regarding open online education.
