In the case later known as <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eldred_v._Ashcroft\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eldred v. Ashcroft<\/a>, they challenged the constitutionality of the Act together.
